Sustainability at DEPAC
Taking Responsibility – Shaping the Future
At DEPAC, sustainability is not a trend, but a fundamental part of our identity and actions – and has been for many years. Our goal is not only to deliver products of the highest quality, but also to actively contribute to reducing our environmental footprint.
The sustainability function at DEPAC is responsible for developing and implementing concrete strategies and improvement plans. We take a holistic approach: because sustainability starts with responsibility – and responsibility starts with transparency.
Measuring Emissions to Take Effective Action
For several years, we have been systematically recording our CO₂ emissions in the following categories:
-
Scope 1: Direct emissions from company-owned sources
-
Scope 2: Indirect emissions from purchased energy
-
Scope 3: Upstream and downstream indirect emissions

Quality Management ISO 9001
It has always been our goal to offer our customers high product quality and good service through: Product quality, delivery reliability and dependability.
In order to fulfil contractually agreed customer requirements and to plan, implement and monitor all quality-related activities, a quality management system has been introduced in our company and is practised throughout the company.
The aim of all our activities is the satisfaction of our customers, to whom we want to be a competent partner in order to establish a long-term business relationship.
Environmental policy & ISO 14001
In our company, environmental protection is an important part of the company policy. We are aware that our activities affect the environment.
Out of a shared responsibility towards people and the environment, we have set ourselves the goal of reconciling profitable production and environmental care by improving environmental performance and avoiding or reducing environmental pollution where this is technically and organisationally possible as well as economically viable.
